Administrative Assistant - Oil & Gas - Temporary Contract

On behalf of our Calgary based oil & gas client, Brainhunter Systems Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate contract opportunity. This position reports to the IS Training department Manager.

Duties would include:
    • Processing staff training requests from department staff,
    • computer room bookings,
    • organizing the required training sessions and
    • organizing the custom training sessions,
    • training new hire staff in a weekly session called "IS Orientation" 1hr, 1x/week,
    • and possibly delivering "what's new in m365" training 1hr, 1x/week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5 years experience in a related administrative position, ideally within oil & gas.
    • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office 365
    • Experience onboarding/delivering orientation to new staff, ideally within IS
    • Booking/coordinating training rooms and schedules.
