Job Title: Assistant Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Representative to join our dedicated sales team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts, interact with customers, and support the overall growth of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Representatives in generating and qualifying leads from various sources.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions.
Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.
Maintain strong knowledge of Rebel Apparel's products, services, and promotions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Help organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
