Job Description
TDS has embarked on a multi-year digital transformation and expansion of GTB's product suite to position the transaction bank as a leading North American multi-currency treasury provider, enabling significant business growth across the TDS franchise. Accordingly, the need for a strong and efficient delivery of a large-scale project to deliver on this objective is required.
Product Management is the business function that drives the planning, development, launching, commercialization, and on-going management of a product/service. Reporting to the Director, GTB Product Management, the successful candidate could be involved in several cross-GTB initiatives related to Product concept/ design, build, commercialization, vision/strategy, concept/design, and marketing.

The successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap and strategy for Global Transaction banking solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements from internal teams and external clients to ensure that cash management products meet market and customer needs.
- Assist in the development of product specifications and user stories for new features or product enhancements.
- Support product managers in the prioritization of features based on business value and customer impact.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback that may inform product decisions.
- Analyze the competitive landscape of cash management products to help shape the product portfolio and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory and market changes affecting cash management products.
- Use data analytics to track performance of cash management products and services; identify areas of improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams - Technology, Delivery, Legal, Global Compliance, Business Risk, Marketing, etc to ensure successful product delivery
- Build a bridge across different lines of businesses to ensure product delivery takes in to account relationships for broader client requirements across all lines of businesses.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably with large banks within Cash Management / Treasury product management space
- Working knowledge on project managements tools such as JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Knowledge of Canadian Cash Management product and market
- Understanding the end-to-end flow of the client, bank, and customer value chain in treasury
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to formulate impactful messages tailored to the audience
- Results oriented with ability to manage and solve problems in ambiguous or unclear situations
- Highly detailed with a sense of responsibility
- Analytical and logical; able to deduce trends to make timely recommendations
- Proactive, positive attitude, and desire to learn
- Deep passion to create and contribute to meaningful change
- Storytelling -- ability to translate and articulate requirements between stakeholders and sharing e while providing business context
