Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction of the business/function by implementing operational efficiencies and process improvements, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing process and operational synergies.
• Contribute to the design of strategic roadmaps guiding the evolution of process automation strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Apply advanced analytics and process modeling to solve intricate process problems and drive continuous process enhancements.
• Provide expert guidance to business leaders, leading teams in executing recommendations, enhancing quality, and reducing operational waste.
• Deliver data-driven insights to forecast and achieve financial and customer-centric benefits for the business.
• Translate practical problems into statistical models by gathering and analyzing data using advanced methodologies.
• Manage relationships across various business lines, corporate functions, and technology providers, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Identify and leverage automation opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency across business processes.
• Lead teams through change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with vendors and internal technology teams to implement cost-effective automation strategies.
• Maintain familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, effectively managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Skillset/ Experience

• Proficiency in data engineering, programming languages, and process automation/intelligence technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Python, JavaScript).
• Track record in delivering large, multi-component programs in complex service environments.
• Extensive knowledge and application of Six Sigma, project management methodologies.
• Basic understanding or interest in capital markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills crucial for navigating complex decision-making processes and garnering support for objectives.
