This position is responsible for augmenting existing relationships in the Midwest region as assigned. Effectively partnering with Midwest Account Executive team to provide support as needed and maximize sales and opportunities. The IAE is responsible to support, negotiate and secure servicing, marketing, conversion and access contracts to increase sales opportunities within the Sales teams and grow revenue, and facilitate and fulfill commitments in those agreements.

This position is responsible for augmenting existing relationships in the Midwest region as assigned. What you will be doing:

- Client acquisition and Support.
- Cultivate relationships with existing "non-partner" property owners and managers and secure new access and marketing agreements.
- Ensure SalesForce is updated for new construction opportunities and timelines.
- Leverage uncontracted account list to research and identify prospects for renewing relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales and Planning teams on Showhome scheduling.
- Set up complimentary accounts - VIP Clients & NHC Showhomes.
- Activation, and delivery of internet hubs for NHC Showhomes.
- Prepares Marketing Payment Memos as per executed contracts.
- Provide insight to builders on the evolution of connected home technology, products and services.
- Help administer life-cycle of project from Planning to Sales (Occupancy).
- Work closely with network and field sales teams to ensure seamless transition of New Home construction accounts from construction phase to move-in phase, including back-end set up and communication to field teams.
- Work closely with field sales teams to ensure seamless transition of bulk to tenant pay accounts and sign access/marketing agreements.
- Participating at regular meetings and fulfil required administrative duties to support the Midwest team.
- Track and report on occupancy dates from Salesforce and PPM to CMA and Residential Field Sales. Work closely with the planning team.
- Track and report on 1p to 2p penetration reports in support of residential sales team renewals and upgrades, and NHC penetration after occupancy by agreement type.
- Budget tracking - Purchase Orders, Invoices, Sponsorship Requests, Cheque Requests & Association Fees.
- Co-ordinate Client Events - ticket allocations for client hosting, food and drink ordering - ordering and tracking all SWAG.
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years experience in a B2B/B2C sales and/or Account specialist or support position.
- Proven ability to use sales and customer service skills to build customer relationships.
- Self motivated, results oriented and focussed on exceeding targets.
- Good understanding of Rogers GPON technology and the new construction build process.
- In depth knowledge of Rogers cable footprint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Project management skillset will be an asset.
- Highly organized
