THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day facilities management as well as engaging in best-in-class programs in space maintenance and repairs in your specific region. THE ROLE

As the Regional Manager, Facilities , you will:

• Provide reliable, cost-effective energy and utilities to all Aritzia workplaces
• Implement a systematic approach to maintaining all physical spaces by adhering to maintenance schedules, ensuring upkeep, optimal conditions and the prevention of asset damage.
• Identify and address potential maintenance opportunities before they arise, taking preventative measures to optimize performance, longevity, and efficiency.
• Assess and address breakage & wear within our physical spaces after they occur to restore functionality and minimize disruption.
• Manage maintenance, cleaning, and repairs across our business

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Regional Manager, Facilities has:

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
