You will be a key contributor within the Finance Business Partner team supporting our executive leaders and reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager. The team is a group of highly motivated, strategic-minded, and dynamic individuals that support and manage the finance function for our growing businesses.
Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is required for this position - Quebec based only
What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Financial Analyst within the National Finance Business Partner team, you will play a key role supporting the Manager/Senior Manager in complex financial modeling activities, strategic financial support, and ad-hoc analyses to inform senior leadership on topics across all of our businesses. You will analyze large datasets, create dashboards/presentations, and generate insights on key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities to help guide business performance. Furthermore, you will foster strong working relationships with various stakeholders within the firm.

The team works directly with other stakeholders and leadership teams to drive the performance through business insights and in-depth, forward-thinking analysis. The team also collaborates with other enabling areas to help achieve the business's strategic aspirations.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. You are someone with:
- A degree in finance/business/commerce, statistics, or economics. Master's degree, MBA, or professional designation preferred.
- Minimum 3years of relevant experience in the Finance field, preferably in financial planning and analysis roles. Proven expertise in building financial models and prior experience in the professional services field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals, KPI trends, and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of financial statements preparation and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and dealing with large datasets. Prior experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and statistics packages are a plus.
- Keen attention to detail, strategic and critical thinking capability, with collaborative mindset to build relationships across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
