Job Description
6-month contract Project Manager role focused on the HRIS workstream of a global enterprise organization.
What & Why:
Our client has made a major shift in how they deliver people solutions to their workforce and as such are looking to add a project manager to their team. You will be working closely with stakeholders across people and culture and technology to enable to digital transformation and maturation of the people and culture capabilities. You will be managing two key projects that will help solve internal business problems and help bring employee experiences to life. You should have demonstrated knowledge of advanced project management in terms of both application and industry best practices, a PMP is a must have. You should have the ability to inspire confidence in colleagues that they are invested in the project and taking on accountability for its success and have the ability to articulate complex themes distilling it into key messages and actionable work. This is an exciting time to join this team as they look to make more investments in their HR technology.

They have invested majorly in technology and have had an incredibly successful past few years, including a major strategic acquisition. They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have full remote on-boarding capability, however this role can be fully remote if you would prefer, but you will have to accommodate PST hours.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 5-7 years of project management experience with preference working in Digital HR for high growth, Fortune 1000 global companies
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, technology-enabled, transformational change initiatives with employee experience outcomes
- Deep understanding and application of waterfall and agile practices
- Experience working with various digital human resources system architectures (preference for those with specifically Workday, Avature, and Dayforce WFM)
- Experience with organizational change management initiatives (change strategy, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change planning, operating models etc…)
Compensation: this role pays between $90-105 per hour incorporated.
