Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk.
Typical Day in Role:
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records and position management changes through established internal control mechanisms
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with ***’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
• Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
• Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day to day activities and decisions
• Record, maintain and send employee paper files to third party vendor for storage facility
• Respond to administrative inquiries related to record management and vendor solutions.
• Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
• Seeks opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and propose recommendations to leadership
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1- 2-4 years experience with Data Entry
2- Intermediate experience with Excel
3- Prior administration experience
Nice to Have:
1- Prior project coordinating exposure an asset
2- Bilingual French/English an asset
Soft Skills:
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized with high volume work load.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education/Experience:
• Post-secondary or relevant work experience
