What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

As a Manager, Financial Crime Analytics, you will play a critical role in managing data-driven strategies that combat financial crimes such as fraud and money laundering. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management
  • Oversee data analytics initiatives related to financial crime investigations.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while aligning with client objectives.

  • Manage project risks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Lead a team of data analytics professionals and subject matter experts.

Client Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial crime prevention strategies.

  • Effectively communicate project milestones and outcomes to key stakeholders.

  • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Conduct assessments of client systems to improve fraud detection and risk management processes.

Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial crime methodologies.

  • Refine consulting methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery.

  • Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Solution Development
  • Lead code reviews to ensure high-quality analytics solutions.

  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in data-driven financial crime detection techniques.

  • Drive innovation in financial crime prevention by implementing cutting-edge technology solutions.

About the Team

Our team specializes in helping businesses safeguard their financial operations by providing expert consulting on fraud prevention, anti-money laundering strategies, and regulatory compliance. We leverage advanced analytics, technology, and deep industry expertise to mitigate financial crime risks and protect our clients' reputations.

Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has a passion for financial crime prevention and risk management.

  • Is skilled in SQL, Python, and data analytics tools.

  • Understands data warehousing principles and development tools.

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.

  • Has 5+ years of experience leading analytics projects with a proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $83,000 - $144,000 (based on experience).

  • Bonus Program: Eligible for performance-based incentives.

  • Comprehensive Benefits:
