What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that enhance business processes and service management frameworks. You will:

Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead ServiceNow projects, from initial design to final deployment.

  • Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow modules for ITSM, HR Service Delivery, IT Operations, and more.

  • Develop and execute test scripts, conduct system demonstrations, and support sprint planning.

Client Engagement & Training
  • Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and develop customized ServiceNow solutions.

  • Facilitate training sessions to educate clients on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for ServiceNow deployments.

Continuous Learning & Innovation
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow advancements and certifications.

  • Leverage JavaScript, API integrations, and automation tools to enhance system performance.

  • Implement ITIL and project management best practices for seamless service delivery.

Who You Are

You are someone with:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and web technologies for ServiceNow customization.

  • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), IT operations (ITOM), and workflow automation.

  • Certifications (preferred but not required):

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

    • ITIL 4 Foundation

    • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Bilingualism (French & English) required for Quebec-based positions due to client interactions.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $72,000 - $138,000

  • Bonus Program: Performance-based incentives
