Job Description
Overview
At KPMG, you'll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.
Imagine being part of a dynamic, global network of professionals, all specializing in Global Mobility Services. We're not just any company, we're a hub of expertise, offering top-notch tax and payroll compliance and consulting services. Our clientele? Multinational companies with international workforces and individuals who are globe-trotters, living, working, and investing outside their home countries.
Our mission? To help manage the complex world of tax compliance and expenses associated with operating in a global business environment. And we're looking for a new team member to join us on this exciting journey.
We're seeking a candidate who can navigate the intricate world of Canadian and US personal and payroll tax services, providing exceptional service to our multinational clients. But that's not all. This role also involves navigating various technical, administrative, and support functions related to our clients' expatriate tax programs with our Global Practice hubs. The ideal candidate will identify areas within our tax services that can be streamlined for efficiency and consistency. By leveraging technology, they will automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy. This strategic approach will not only enhance our service delivery but also add more value to our multinational clients. The candidate's contributions towards practice standardization and automation will be instrumental in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our Global Practice hubs.
If you're someone who thrives on continuous learning, enjoys the spirit of teamwork, and is committed to delivering process development and exceptional client service - we'd love to hear from you.
