Our Supply Chain Advisory practice are seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Management Consulting practice. We are looking versatile professional like you to work on a variety of supply chain advisory projects, deliver meaningful and exceptional client services.

What you will do
As a Senior Consultant in our Supply Chain Advisory practice focusing on procurement & supply chain technologies - you will use your strong business acumen and be a key member of a high performing team.
In this role you will have responsibility for the following:
- Lead workstreams during solution implementation including key activities - solution design, requirements gathering & fit/gap analysis, process mapping solution configuration, testing, training, supplier enablement, go-live preparation.
- Provide expertise and knowledge for full spectrum of client-related business activities and projects, while taking accountability for leading client engagements.
- Conduct comparisons of current processes to leading practices to identify client performance gaps and contribute to corporate-wide supply chain diagnostics efforts.
- Supporting client pursuits business development efforts including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
- Building your technical and analytical expertise by delivering high quality results on time and proactively identifying and resolving project issues.
- Working with senior KPMG leaders to understand, enhance and integrate service offerings across the Operations .
- Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders; facilitate workshops and meetings to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Grow your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent undergraduate degree combined with relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and 1-2 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Negotiation and/or Contract Management transformation project.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting firm, specifically in a client facing role across various industries.
- Knowledge of end-to-end procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc.) and technical knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, Workday, Oracle) would be an asset.
- An MBA will be considered an asset, as well as additional Supply chain certifications are also considered an asset (ex.: CPIM, SCMP).
- Experience in procurement and business transformation, whether in terms of performance improvement, process review, drafting of governance documents and/or technology implementation.
- A passion for delivering high quality service and client satisfaction.
- High standards of professionalism.
- Autonomy and a strong sense of initiative, as well as priority management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
