Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, a career in the Solution Architecture team within our Products & Technology organization will provide you with the opportunity to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other intellectual property-based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within PwC, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the architecture, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft 365 projects.
Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Senior Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect, you'l l work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee and assess the development executed by Vendor's teams.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, emphasizing the use of Microsoft Search, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform capabilities.
• Lead the adoption of best practices for low-code/no-code development, search optimization, and AI tool implementation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Assist the Enterprise Architects in assessing technology solutions.
• Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
• Supervise and support Vendor's developers in the context of projects.
• Continue to improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation up to date.
• Grow personal skills in alignment with the company and team strategy.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering .
• Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Certification preferred.
• Microsoft Development Certifications preferred.
• Extensive experience working in agile teams and with product delivery.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint (SPO) and Power Platform.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise level solutions with a cloud-first approach.
• Experience with Azure Services.
• Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing Microsoft Search in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in building solutions with Copilot Studio, including AI-driven automation and customization.
• Experience with DevOps such as CD/CI, virtualization, automation, continuous integration.
