About the Opportunity
Our Calgary office is looking to add 3 passionate and motivated Field Technologists to our Field Services Team. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment and work alongside our team of engineering, planning, and drafting specialists to take construction projects from concept to completion
Coupled with the diverse learning and project experience opportunities, do you see yourself excited to contribute to:
- Supporting our teams in the field with construction review and coordination.
- Building relationships with clients, contractors, municipal representatives, and other consultants.
- Assisting project managers with cost estimating, quantity take-offs, contract preparation and administration, and construction management.
- Ensuring quality control of construction activities.
- Translating high-level conceptual designs into fully constructed projects, from preliminary phases through to project completion.
- Carrying out redline and as-built drawings and revisions, and construction documentation.
- Obtaining Construction Completion Certificates (CCCs) and Final Acceptance Certificates (FACs) for projects you are part of.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a graduate from a Civil Engineering Technology program or equivalent program related to Construction Technology with up to 5 years of field experience. The core skills that will help you succeed here include:
- You possess a keen eye for detail and take great pride in your work, in projects both large and small.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are able to convey information to a variety of audiences.
- You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
- You enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and are able to maintain a positive attitude.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office software, and Bluebeam.
- You are committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
- You have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent.

This position will have a salary range of $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The range is negotiable based on your skillset and experience.
