The Digital Learning Centre of Excellence has a mandate to enable the firmwide strategic learning objectives through a robust learning technology ecosystem and the delivery of solutions to meet cross-functional learning and performance needs.
The Manager, Digital Learning Operations will advance the operational and strategic portfolios that are central to the team's value proposition by: maintaining a portfolio of L&D business-directed initiatives aligned to priority areas; delivering on end-to-end project management to enhance operations; and advancing the function's reporting on the impact of L&D initiatives.
The Manager will work closely with the Director, collaboratively across the central Digital Learning team, as well as with functional, program, and geographic learning leads.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support KPMG employees nationally and will be required to communicate with English-speaking colleagues. This individual will be required to create documentation and share guidance to those in English-speaking provinces.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $76,500 to $115,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

What you will do
- Contribute actively to advancing current and emerging strategic learning initiatives, programs, and processes, including:
- Leading and contributing to learning lifecycle activities (e.g. needs consulting, solution research, technology evaluation, resource/asset design and development) for selected business-aligned initiatives through a hands-on, exploratory approach.
- Being accountable for the successful delivery of the firm's cross-functional accreditation awards program by actively collaborating with the governance committee, and serving as the first point of management, escalation and issue resolution for the program coordinator.
- Monitoring and updating the relevant firmwide Learning policies under the purview of the Learning CoE.
- Drive a high-quality standard of service delivery and operations through end-to-end project management spanning the COE's portfolio including:
- Creating annually, and maintaining monthly, the Digital Learning service delivery tracker, tracking goals, success criteria, deliverables, priority, progress, timing, leads and collaborators.
- For all Digital Learning initiatives without dedicated project/program management, oversee and enable project lifecycle activities (e.g. resource planning, adherence to timelines, etc.).
- In collaboration with portfolio leads and the learning coordinator, enable operational efficiency as single-point-of-contact for annual and quarterly asset management / maintenance processes.
- Advance accountability, awareness, and impact, through impact measurement across the Digital Learning portfolio, including:
- Creating, maintaining and sharing data-driven reports, by drawing on complementary data sources (engagement data, evaluation metrics, and learner success profiles) in partnership with portfolio leads.
- In collaboration with the Learning Technology Manager, enable the advancement of the learning data initiative, ensuring best practices for outputs, maintenance, and stakeholder engagement.
- 5 years' experience in a learning & development function, working on multi-stakeholder internal engagements, and ideally in a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated passion for learning & development and its impact on individual and organizational growth
- Experience with project management involving multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables
- Experience in process design and development, specifically for program and service delivery
- Experience in collaborating and consulting with internal stakeholders (at a variety of senioirity levels) and subject matter experts, include issue resolution;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the patience to listen and learn
- Experience with the Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365, Teams, Lists, and Co-pilot) a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, and
- Project management training, certification or equivalent professional experience is a strong asset.
- Certification/accreditation from a Professional Learning Organization or recognized Adult Learning Post-secondary Program is a valuable asset.
