Remote Human Resources Manager (Flexible Hours)

The Remote Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture across the organization.
• Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage HR functions in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
• HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
